Ana Sofia Raffucci | How I went from being an Architect to a Social Media Manager for multiple pet brands!

My name is Ana Sofía Raffucci. I’m an Architect turned graphic designer (10 year experience) that lives in Puerto Rico. After I graduated and worked multiple years as a Creative Director I left my job at a marketing agency in 2018 after Hurricane María.

Since then I’ve been freelancing focused on social content & strategy for various local brands and businesses, most of them within the pet industry. I have a huge love for animals since I was really young, especially dogs and advocates for rescued pups ever since she adopted Rocco in 2014.

I consider myself a hats of all trades cause I work strategy, graphic design, content creation,
photography and manage social media for my clients. I’m also vice-president of Pet Friendly PR,
a movement dedicated to fomenting a culture of acceptance of pets in Puerto Rico, and also
run their social and considers this my passion project. Since I went on my own as a freelancer
and getting involved with movements like this in the pet community Ive been lucky to not only
make valuable and wonderful connections but also life long friends. Dogs do unite people!

My dog Rocco, has been my inspiration for everything I currently do & has been been my
emotional support throughout the years, especially during the pandemic. Last year I adopted
another pup to join the pack and has been a wonderful addition.
